I seem to be forgetting a lot nowadays! But, now I've forgotten how t make one of my "use on everything" sauce. I think it was butter, lemon juice and maple syrup...or something like that. Does anyone recognize this sauce?

Try googling "maple lemon butter" for the recipe. I don't know if this is what you are thinking but sounds like it is good on fresh biscuits or muffins. It may have other uses too.

Good idea? Why did't I think of that?

1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs butter
I use it for sweet potatoe
