i am making some for our "Family Day" at church next sunday. i use dried apples!! yum!yum!!
    another good thing is dumplings!!
2-cans of large crescent rolls(6 per can)2 granny smith apples- 1 stick of butter and 1 c. sugar
    8-oz. mountain dew and cinnamon
cut apples into 6 pcs. start at big end of roll add pc of apple. roll up and tuck end under.put in a 11x13 pyrex dish. it will hold 12=6 down each side. melt butter add sugar and cinnamon. spoon over dumplings. pour mountain dew around and bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 min. so good
