Learned to make this about 20 yrs ago, when I was my daughter's GS leader. you can change up fruit to your favs or seasonal. FRUIT JUNK

    3 bananas
1 can pineapple chunks in juice
1 can mandarin oranges in juice
    1qt. strawberries
    1 box instant vanilla pudding

slice bananas into a bowl. In another bowl drain juice from the 2 cans. pour pineapple& oranges over bananas. clean&slice strawberries, add to fruit. set aside. Slowly beat pudding into the juice in the bowl.when well blended, pour over fruit.fold in, mixing the fruit up.chill until needed.

putting the pineapple over the bananas keeps them from turning. bluberries& kiwis are nice added, also!

Sounds good. I should try one without bananas or oranges. They have too much potassium for me.
