    Default Fruit Salad

I doubled this for a family event yesterday.

1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz) can mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz) carton strawberries, hulled and cut in large chunks.
About 4 kiwi, peeled and cut in large chunks
2 bananas, add just before serving
1 can peach pie filling (for dressing)

Drain pineapple & mandarin oranges OVERNIGHT in the refrigerator. It’s important to DRAIN WELL so shake midway.
Strawberries & kiwi are prepared a day ahead and refrigerate together in covered container.
Open pie filling the day of the event and put in large bowl. Dump pineapple and oranges on top but don’t stir just yet. Right before eating, add strawberries, kiwi and sliced bananas. Fold everything together and serve.

Your fruit salad sounds delicious. We've been eating simple fruit salad that lasts in fridge for a few days.
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup Splenda
Mix in a large bowl and add 2 packs of slices strawberries and a carton of blueberries. Sometimes also add raspberries.
