Has anyone every heard of or made a garbage can turkey? I know this does not sound good. But you use a new, clean aluminum trash can and poke holes in it. My nieces x husband made one for my mil for thanksgiving one year. My mil says that it makes a good turkey. But we don't hear from him any more. So my husband has put me on a mission to find one.
