You might want to double check the Ezekiel bread...there is a Whole Foods near me, I can't speak for other locations but the manager here (eastern KS ) said they do not stock any foods with GMO grains, high fructose corn syrup or msg...there may be other criteria but those were the 3 I was asking about. The bread may contain soybean sprouts but there are still some grain growers that raise their grain the usual way, thank you, Lord, for that. I can eat soy but choose not to because of the estrogen connection, am a cancer survivor also, 2 years tomorrow!!

Also Almond Breeze UN sweetend Vanilla flavored milk is awesome!!! I use it for smoothies, oatmeal, and French toast cream of rice. I don't buy any others because they have sugar.

True, not all soy is GMO. I just cannot eat soy of any kind. Sometimes its hard to know which products contain GMO grains if it is not labeled as such. It's good to know that Whole Foods is a conscientious market. I'm impressed that so many of you care about your health, and are making great food choices. One other note, I've read that soy that is fermented (tempeh, miso, soy sauce), does not contain plant estrogens as the process of fermenting destroys them. Doesn't help me though.

I have Celiac Disease and over the last 6 years, I have either made up recipes or converted them or found websites for them. Here are a few links.

My three favorite websites for recipes:

    http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/
    http://www.affairsofliving.com/
    http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/

Between those three websites, I rarely wish I could eat dairy.
