    Default Good Bean Burger Recipe?

Does anyone have a good bean burger recipe? One that holds together well and won't fall apart when you bite into it. Also, not mushy. I'm thinking of adding some wheat gluten to one of the recipes that I already have, to see how that would work, but if anyone else has a better idea, LMK...thanks.

Seems the key is to bake the beans before mashing.

Thanks! I'll have to try it and let you know what we think. Have you tried it yet?

I love all beans, my husband does not... I've been working on getting him to at least do meatless Mondays, so will give the recipe above a try.

Also on my list to try is a chick pea salad that I think looks really good. https://www.bing.com/images/search?v...t=0&ajaxserp=0

I haven't tried it. If I want to eat a burger it's going to be meat. LOL We eat a lot of beans tough. They are my basic side dish.
