Good foods for hot weather?

Curried Chicken Salad, poach or microwave 2 lg chicken breasts, let cool. Drain a can of Mandarin oranges, also drain a can of pineapple tidbits. Add 1/2 cup coconut. Mix equal parts mayo and sour cream. Add 1 /2 tsp or more of sweet curry, not hot. Right before serving combine all-- throw in some sliced bananas and sprinkle peanuts on top..yum

We love this fruit salad; cool and refreshing. 5 Cup salad
1 cup peaches
1 cup pineapple
1 cup blueberries
1cup strawberries
1 cup banana slices
Combine, stir and add Cool Whip, Dream Whip whatever with about 1/2 cup Sour Cream.
This serves 3-4, but just add more fruit and it goes forever! You can vary the fruit suit your taste.
