My recipes calls for equal amounts of brown sugar and butter. 3/4 -1 cup of each for two sleeves of graham crackers. For Christmas, I melted white chips on it and sprinkled with red and green M&Ms. I personally like them plain - no chocolate - just pecans. I left out the nuts on the Christmas ones - the recipient doesn't like them.
