    Have any of you looked at: www.thepioneerwoman.com webside? Be prepared to be on the site for a long time. She is a neat lady and has tons of great recipes.

    She has a cookbook that is wonderful! Also another book about how she met her husband. A sweet book! She also has wonderful prizes she gives away often! Next to this site, Pioneer Woman is my favorite site!

    I too bookmarked the site. She has a recipe for making ice coffee that looks like a true winner. Will be spending some time with this site, love how she writes...

    I thought the shrimp looked good but I think I'd use half butter and half olive oil.
