Has anyone tried a keto or other low carb diet?

I did the Atkins diet a couple of times and did lose weight until it came time to slowly add carbs. Turns out I do best with "all or nothing" because if I'm allowed to have half an apple it's too much temptation for me and I end up eating the entire apple plus an orange and a banana. What I didn't like about the diet was the really awful bad breath I had that nothing would help.

I have not gone on a Keto, or low-carb diet specifically, but I have been on Weight Watchers since the beginning of January and have lost 40 pounds. (Humbly taking a bow.) WW is based on a points system and it lets you eat anything that you like. However, the high-carb and high-sugar foods will generally cost you a lot of points, so it's logical to stay away from them, or eat them only in small amounts. It's a very flexible program. WW also has a great support system and lively online community that gives out tons of inspiration. There are some members on there that have lost over 200 pounds and tell us their stories and give advice. I highly recommend WW.
