I did a search and it says walmart carries it. Do a search and see if you can order it online.

Thanks for the suggestion. We had tried our local Walmart last week, but could only find the chocolate and the vanilla

Their online search engine doesn't come up with any almond bark at all (strange) so I have left a message with their national office.

Probably going to have to do something like that. Can we get butterscotch flavoring? I'll have to search for that. :)

    Thanks for the idea.

The product is called almond bark, but I am looking for the butterscotch flavor.

    Thanks!

I got a call back from Gurleys. The discontinued the butterscotch flavor. So if I can't find an old stash somewhere, hopefully there are still some other brands making it.

HELP me locate some?? I will buy a case of it if/when I can find it.

    Thanks so very much.

I never heard of it and don't even know what it is, but I searched Gurley's and found a customer service number:
1-800-426-7845. Maybe you could give them a call.

    Good luck!

Butterscotch chips might work. Our grocer here said they have not seen it for the last two years.

you should be able to get butterscotch where lorann flavoring oils are sold. also check out any cake decorating supply shops. Many also carry melting chocolate. not familiar with all the different brands but one might make the discs in butterscotch. if nothing else they should carry the flavoring oils.

Right now I have the butterscotch chips, the flavoring (that I will add to the vanilla bark) and butterscotch wafers (from a candy store)

I will be doing a trial of 3 batches of our favorite cookie recipe to see which is better. My family can do a taste test and take a vote.

I'll let you all know which method won out!
