    Default Home-made Cream Cheese Dip

Just made this, thought I post the recipie for you guys to try it out!

    Ingredients:
    1 Half red onion, chopped
    1 TBLSPN butter or margarine
    1 TBLSPN cream cheese

Sautee chopped red onion with 1 Tablespoon of butter or margarine, in a skillet until slightly browned. In a foodprocessor add sauteed onions and cream cheese, process for one minute, or until onion is combined with cream cheese, thick.

    Tell me what you think!

I am thinking 1 TBSP of cream cheese is not nearly enough to make a dip.. Is this an error? especially to mix with 1/2 of a red onion... Help???

Maybe she is making ONE serving rather than a recipe for a party?
