If you let them cool, do they look greasy? I was just wondering whether it would be a suitable cold sandwich to take to a picnic or not? It's a large recipe for 2 people but sounds yummy, and always on the lookout for a new picnic menu.

thimblebug, They don't look greasy when cool, but they're better hot from the oven. I'm not sure how they would serve as picnic fare.
