This is my favorite Bisquick recipe of all time! It saved me many times when my kids needed something for a bake sale---TOMORROW!!! I always had the ingredients in the house.
This recipe makes an 8x8" pan, but can be doubled and put in a 9x13"
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking pan well.
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup Bisquick
2 large apples, cored, peeled and sliced thin
1 tsp sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon mixed to sprinkle on top.
Melt margarine and transfer to bowl. Add 1/2 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. With mixer, beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in Bisquick mix. Fold in apples with a spoon. Turn out into well greased pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (needs longer if doubling) Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Any kind of apple will work.
Enjoy!

Easy recipe for Camp Bread...what my husband calls it. 2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 1/4 cup fat free milk. Beat with mixer, put in buttered loaf pan, bake at 400 for 33 minutes. That temp and time work for my toaster oven so just watch and make adjustments to fit your oven.

I called them once to ask if the original Biquick and the new Heart Smart Biquick are interchangeable in recipes and they told me NO, they are not. In some recipes it may work out but for the most part they are not. They then sent me a whole bunch of recipes just for the Heart Smart Bisquick in the mail, not on the internet. Don't be afraid to call them if you have questions. My favorite in the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I add garlic and cheese to the dough and garlic to the butter to brush over the top. MMmmm, can't wait for supper tonight.

1 pound sausage (or 1/2 # mild and 1/2 # hot); 2 cups Bisquick; 1 # cheddar cheese, grated.
Have grated cheese and sausage at room temperature. Knead sausage, cheese and Bisquick with hands until well mixed. Form into walnut-sized balls. Bake at 350'for 10-15 minutes.
These can be frozen before baked or even after for left overs. Quick and easy and yummy!! Marilyn
