    Lightbulb Ice Cream Cake

Easy recipe....chose your favorite ice cream bars in freezer case, one jar Carmel Ice cream topping, whip Creme icing from the bakery department ( our bakery sells their whip cream icing for $2.99 a Pound, container is slightly les than a pound and is plenty for cake. Lay 3 bars close together, drizz Carmel topping, layer another 3 bars brick style, more topping and last layer same direction as first layer. Frost and drizz Carmel and chocolate on. Cover with plastic wrap and place I. Freezer. Set out a few minutes, depending on temp of room...slice and wait for the Wow from everyone. PS if your group is large you can make another stack and frosting as a rectangle.
