    Italian Summer Drink

This can be made as an Italian water, ice or in a slush mix.

    Ingredients

    Juice of 1/2 squeezed lemon
    6 oz. pure orange juice
1/2 tsp. sugar or one pack sugar substitute
1 12 oz. glass crushed ice
    1 mint leaf (optional)

    Directions

In a blender jar add all ingredients except the mint leaf. Run the blender on liquify until it looks like it's a frozen water ice consistency. Or if more of a slushy mix, add a bit more water to mix. Pour in a beautiful tall glass and place the mint on top with a straw or spoon.

    Serving Size
    1 12 oz. glass
    Preparation Time
    4 minutes
