    Just started, (I am sure a bit late) making jams.
    Made 2 batches of Strawberry Lemon jam and 1 batch of Spice Plum. Man they are good!!

    anybody ever make watermelon jelly or jam? I remember my mother cooking a huge pot of watermelon rinds.

    watermellon rine for pickles, this year I made my own mint jelly YUMMMMMM it turned out minty fruity due to the pectin i'm sure. Most important it was better than in the stores of course i used twice as much mint as needed.

    I have a recipe for tomato jelly. Perhaps when our tomatos get ripe i'll try to do some up.

    just made blackberry/apple jelly, going to try the rhubarb jam recipe with strawberry jello next.

    I just made 2 batches of strawberry freezer jam, and a batch of peach freezer jam. I love homemade.
