Keeping iced tea overnight???
I love iced tea. I use a good brand and make it nearly everyday - I think the tea kept in the refrigerator overnight doesn't taste as good - and ideas on how to have it taste fresh on the 2nd day?

Are you using a mix or tea bags? I make sure to remove my tea bags after getting my tea to the right colour. Bags left in can make it bitter. I find pouring refrigerated ice tea over fresh ice cube makes it taste best the next day.

For a gallon of tea, I use the handle of a teaspoon to measure the baking soda, just dip the end of the handle in, that's all you need. Soda helps make your tea darker in color and it helps to keep it clear. I like mine better the next day too.
