Leftover Bread Pudding
#1
I used leftover zucchini bread to make this dessert.
Ingredients:
* leftover bread
* 3 eggs
* 1 1/4 c. heavy cream
* 1 1/4 c. milk
* 1 t. vanilla extract
* 1/2 c. light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish big enough to hold all your leftover bread.
Break your leftover bread into 2" pieces and place in baking dish. Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, vanilla extract, and light brown sugar. Pour egg mixture onto bread. Cover with tin foil. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes. Let it cool a little before eating.

that sounds really good, but who has leftover zucchini bread? I would eat it all.
I love bread pudding, sometimes I make a crumb topping and put it on top, so the bread pudding part does not get crusty but the crumb topping is crispy.
