Would you mind sharing how you make your Tetrazzini and Turkey a la King? Haven't made those before.

What are turkey manhattens and how do you make your turkey/ranch pizza?

Would you mind sharing one of your favorite casserole recipes? I don't have a lot of those.

I have a recipe for a great pot pie. It's simple and delicious.
    2 cups cooked chicken/turkey
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken/mushroom/celery soup
1 10 oz. package of frozen mixed veggies
1 pie crust - one of them deep dish.
Mis everything together, pour into the deep dish crust and cover with the other. Bake at 375 for 30-35 min or until crust is golden brown.

My family doesn't eat much of the dark meat  so it mainly goes in here.

I freeze some of the breast meat in broth to make hot turkey sandwiches at a later date.
Homemade noodles are the best. I'll have to try some carrots in with them.

These sound really good and easy. I take it you heat the turkey in the soups before putting in the tortillas.

I'll have to check this one out - never had white chili - it does sound good.
