I chunk the turkey, mix with equal amount of stuffing, add a bit of broth or gravy if too stiff. Pack lightly into casserole dish. Bake at 350 until warm through.

Turkey manhatten is just a turkey sandwich, cut in half, place on a plate, add a scoup of mashed potatoes in the middle and pour chicken or turkey gravy over all.

Turkey ranch pizza, pizza crust, with ranch dressing, diced turkey, and any of your favorite toppings, we like bacon, red onion, black olives and tomates, add cheese and bake.[/quote]

I learned something new - "my" hot turkey is aka turkey manhatten those are goooooood.
Next time I make pizza I'm gonna try some with the ranch. Thank you for both.

Kinda like a grilled ham 'n cheese?. I bet the mozarella cheese is really good in them.

This is prob old news to most, but my best tip for roasting turkey is to do it the day before. Can't believe it took me so many yrs to do that.

Roast the turkey, let it sit at least 20 mins or so,slice & put into a foil lined baking pan.Cover & refrig. To reheat, preheat oven to *350...pour 2C of turkey/chicken broth over meat & recover.Check after 2hrs...should be hot thru out.

This way, you don't have to handle a turkey with a full kitchen & your oven will have room for a pan of stuffing etc.I simmer most of the turkey bones, then freeze the broth...a good start on turkey soup.

It really is! I like this better than the ham n cheese because of the turkey flavour...and the stretchy mozarella!

My family doesn't eat much of the dark meat  so it mainly goes in here.

I freeze some of the breast meat in broth to make hot turkey sandwiches at a later date.
Amma did you also make the Noodles home made and if so
would you share how to make them to go with this.??
