I just checked my trukey pan and what I need to do is figure out how to get leftover turkey...... Seems the pan is empty again and I started with a 25 lb. bird. Oh well glad everyone had their fill. And it was such an enjoyable day.

Here is a recipe that my MIL used to make, and it turns out great every time. It is very quick because you dont cook the pasta! It is one of those you make at night before you go to bed, and put in the oven for a noon meal. My MIL made it alot on Saturday night before church the next day. You can also make it in the morning, and bake it for the evening meal.

**the trick is to use really good pasta, and it wont get mushy! I use American Beauty..but any that is made with semolina will work.

    Turkey Casserole
    2 cups uncooked macaroni
2 cups turkey ( or chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup (I often use 2 of one kind)
    3 cups milk
1/2 lb. of cheddar cheese (or more too taste)

Mix together. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Sometimes I add other stuff...like mushrooms, onions, etc.
It is really a great time saver, and SO easy. Enjoy!
    Sounds awesome! Thank you!

I just made Turkey Croquettes for dinner ( posted photos as well here on the recipe area ).. Used up the leftover mashed potatoes to mix with the turkey as the recipe called for it.. Then used the leftover gravy to dunk the croquettes in.. pretty tasty!! and would be great appetizers as well...
