We had a luncheon this wk and one of the gals made this....every one of us asked for the recipe after trying it....so easy and sooo delicious
    1 small package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water to disolve the jello
when that is disolved whisk in 8 oz softened cream cheese..when smooth add 1 large can crushed pineapple...juice also..mix and chill til firm.....sooooo good!

We've made this for years but with lime jello. Another one we really like is black cherry jello made with cherry cola and cream cheese.

With the lime jello and pineapple, my mom always added cottage cheese instead of creamed cheese. Really good!!
