    Default Lobster Bisque Recipe

I am wanting to make a Lobster Bisque and have never made that specifically before. I would like a tried and true recipe that uses shell stock instead of a chicken broth etc. Keep in mind that I live in rural area southwest Missouri so I need to find the lobster. Thanks and Merry Christmas! Phyllis

Oooohhh....yummmm! I haven't had lobster in years and lobster bisque is just sublime. It's an old classic. Ya got me thinking. We do have local crab around here and it is crab season, so maybe I'll make a bisque from crab legs.
