This is not the one you are looking for, but I just want to share a desert that is requested every holiday. We have never had a name for it, but my DDs call it "Foam"
Foam-
Small container whipped cream
Small container sour cream
Small container small curd cottage cheese
1 six ounce pkg Jello flavor of your choice (my personal favorite in this recipe is Lime)
2 cups of chopped, drained fruit (try pineapple tidbits)
Mix first three ingredients. Add fruit mix again. Sprinkle dry Jello over top and stir one more time. Refrigerate, covered, for at least an hour. Somehow it comes out yummy and smooth.
Feel free to experiment with different flavors of Jello and different fruits. You can also use larger contrainers, and and large size Jello also, just double the fruit if you do.
