Im looking for a recipe for a Broccoli Bake (casserole) I know you use the frozen flower-ettes, It had cream cheese and I think milk, maybe gratted white cheese and bread or cracker crumbs on the top. I remembe you could use califlower with it too and could make a meal buy adding cooked chicken. I've had it many times but can't find my copy of this it was real easy to make, and delishious. Hope someone has it and can help!!!

This is not exactly like you're looking for but it is good and easy!

    BROCCOLI CASSEROLE (11/12/2007)

o 2 boxes (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli – cooked & drained
o 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (low fat can be used)
o 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    o 1 small onion – chopped fine
o 1 cup INSTANT Minute Rice
    o ¾ cup milk (I use skim)
o ¼ stick butter (or oleo) chopped up
o OPTION: Add ¾ cup half-inch-cubed ham or you could use shredded chicken, etc.

Mix all together (except butter) and pour into 9x13 glass baking dish or casserole dish.
    Top with chopped up butter.
    Bake 350º F. for 35-40 minutes
    -OR-
Microwave (medium-high) 10-12-14 minutes until butter is melted in (you might stir once halfway through).
    Enjoy!
