I love our slow cooker! It allows me to make a good dinner and be at work!!
I am looking for healthy slow cooker recipes to make during the week for dinner.
Low-sodium, lots of veggies prefered.
I do have some allergies though...
-cabbage family (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, asparagus, etc.)
-Tree Nuts
Any help is appreciated!
Or, even if you have quick and easy dinner recipes, those would help too!
Thanks!

I made a complete cookbook of recipes from these two sites to fit my family's tastes.
We have two crockpots that we use...one for lunch and the other one for dinner.
Good luck.

This is one of our favorite:
6 Beef Cube Steaks
1 Onion, thick-sliced
3 cups water
3 gravy mixes
Put the cube steaks, onion, and 1 cup water in the crock pot on low in the morning. When you get home, add the other 2 cups water and the gravy mixes. Make the rice and veggies while the meat cooks for the last 20 minutes. Even my kids like this one!!
If you want a smaller recipe just remember 1 gravy mix for each cup of water. I get the steaks and gravy mixes at our local Aldis or Save-A-Lot and it is an economical meal.
