WOW only 500 cals a day, how long did that take to drop 33 pounds and why did you cut your calories so low???? What in the heck did you get to eat each day ?

coffee, tea for breakfast; lunch and dinner were each 3.5 oz of meat (chick turk beef seafood) but with all the fat cut away and one vegetable up to 2-3 cups of a pretty limited list. Two fuirt?s per day which I had mid afternoon and evening. There were drops that I took 3 times per day which helped burn the fat. NO CARBS ! I lost 22 pounds on the first 26 days and then went on maintenance with unlimited meat and a wider list of veges. Went back on for 15 days to support my DH. he lost 25 pounds and I lost another 10. Back on maintenance. But ,y whole system is changed and I continue to loose 0.2-0.4 pound every few days. I bought a new bathing suit ! Y E AH ! Not easy - but majorly worth it for me ! more energy ! and I feel GREAT !
