I got mine years ago at Williams Sonoma. Do a google search and I'm sure you'll find them somewhere. I think Bed Bath & Beyond has them.

Actually, these just have lemon zest in them. The Lemon recipe is lemon flavored.

And I got my pan from Amazon.com
    $10!

Yes, but believe it or not - the zest gives a nice lemony flavor. Does your recipe call for lemon juice? I'll bet the cinnamon ones are good too.

This one just has lemon zest. I haven't looked at the lemon recipe yet to see what is needed.

There is a very slight lemon flavor in the normal ones...but its just a hint.

    1 1/2 cups butter, melted
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp grated lemon rind

Work eggs & sugar in double boiler until creamy and luke warm. Remove from heat and beat until cool. Add flour gradually, mixing with a wooden spoon. Add melted butter. Add vanilla & grated lemon rind.

Butter & flour molds. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min.

    Makes about 48 cookies.

    Enjoy.

Oops - forgot to say I dust them with powdered sugar when cool.

I have eaten the Madeleine's made by the Martha Stewart recipe, and they are very good. I assume the recipe can be found on her web site.
