Make your own mixes
I found this site today which might come in handy to someone when the winds are blowing and the snow falling or, as it is up here right now, pouring and windy. You can make some of these instead of having to make a trip to the store.

Thanks! I use copycat recipes all the time for bisquick and Jiffy cornbread but never even thought about something for sweetened condensed milk.
BTW, with a little googling, you can also find directions for duplicating a lot of the boxed products like hamburger helper, etc.
