    Wow you ladies sure have some good recipes to try. Thank you for your responses. I will be trying them in the future when I'm in the mood for making another meatloaf. Thanks again.

    Sorry, I meant to say 1/2 tsp of nutmeg! Yikes! Can you imagine what 1/2 cup would taste like! Anyway, too late to edit, so I'm just replying to my own post. Sorry for my error!

    Okay, sorry again, I guess I should proof read, right?! When I lean my palm against my laptop sometimes it wipes away what I write! 6 Tbsp brown sugar!
