I picked up this domesticated White Mushroom from my local grocer's. I never saw such a large mushroom of this particular species before-especially at a discount grocery. It is now a part of my weekly Tangy Spaghetti Marinara Sauce cooked yesterday. It really blankets the sauce!

Somehow, I cannot get that giant mushroom shape out of my head. It seems to remind me of those sleep depriving nightmare clouds from the 1950s & early 1960s for some reason.

I bought two of those huge mushrooms the other day. Two were just enough to slice up for our salad we had for dinner that night. I saw radishes the size of a toddlers fist there at the market too.
