    that is one of the two classes my husband and I took together, cake decorating. the other was oil painting.
    I made brownies yesterday so will wait awhile on this 'cake'.

    My hubby says !!!!!!!! We tried one for dessert tonight after dinner. He couldn't eat it fast enough. Great recipe.

    well, if you are looking for an ultimate chocolate cake, try Midnight Sin - I've been making it for a few years now and it's always a super favorite. Most of the time I skip the moose layer and bake it in a 9x13 pan instead of layers. Layer it with the ganache and it's so, so good!

    Sounds wonderful--unfortunately I can never try it due to health...can never eat chocolate again nor beans, nuts, But I have learned how to make the 3, 2, 1 Microwave cake and love it. Works great as I'm alone now and I don't have to have a full cake sitting there tempting me to eat the whole thing--Never would do it but I hate frozen, thawed cake. ruins my frosting. Uses marshmallows.
