Hello sweetie I have another recipe for spanish rice as well but it is not as good as the first one i gave you my mother's recipe.

    4 table spoons of oil
1 pound of long grain rice
    1/2 of an onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    1 can of tomatoes sauce
    salt to taste

    1/2 teaspoon cumin

take and brown your rice add your garlic and onion then add the can of tomatoe sauce 4 or 5 cans of water add the chicken boulion and add the cumin mix together but don't stir to much or you will get mushie rice cook until tender if you you can add peas and carrots to the rice and green olives add your salt to taste

Good im glad and I hope you enjoy them as much as my son's do they really love mexican food a lot and when they have the extra money they invite me over to cook for them and one of my son's girlfriends mother made my recipe for carnitas and told her boyfriend in front of me that it was her recipe for carnitas when it was my recipe i guess it's the I guess she had to lie because when she does cook something of her own recipes it tast like water no flavor.

Food has to have flavor or it's not food.

i will have to post those as well.
