    1 Lb Tamatillos
    1/2 of an onion
    2 or 3 jalepeno's
    1 Teaspoon sweet basil
    1 Bay leave
    1 Chicken boulion cube perferable knorrs brand
    Salt to taste
    8 cloves of garlic
    2Lbs of pork meat cut into cubes
    Fry your pork meat with your garlic and salt
    boil your tamatillos along with jalepeno's
    add 2 cups of water
    add your sweet basil and bay leave to sauce
    when pork meat is done add the chile verde to meat cook until meat is tender and keeping sauce with meat dont let the sauce go dry

    This sounds good!! DH's all time favorite burrito is a Chile Verde!

    hello when you are ready for more recipes i will write more of them down and by the way when you do the chile verde you have to blend it in a blender ok thank you

    THE BLENDING IS ONLY FOR THE CHILE PART THE JALEPENO'S AND THE TAMATILLOS AND THE ONION AND SOME GARLIC 4 IN THE SAUCE AND 4 IN THE MEAT AFTER YOU BLEND THE TAMATILLOS AND JALEPENO'S TOGETHER THEN YOU POOR IT IN THE MEAT AND LET COOK UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER YUMMY IM MAKING MY MOUTH WATER.

    SORRY I DON'T MEAN TO SOUND DUMB BUT WHO IS DH'S.
    mY FAMILY CALLS ME THE WHITE MEXICAN BECAUSE I CAN COOK LOTS OF MEXICAN FOOD DISHES THAT IS LOL BUT MINE IS THE CHILE VERDE AND MY SONS TRY TO COOK LIKE ME BUT IT DONT COME OUT THE SAME I COOK WITH LOVE

    lol im such a blonde a strawberry blonde that is lol well i am glad when i have time today i will write down some more recipe's im not mexican but i know how to cook it good i was married to 2 mexican men and cooking for them it had to be good so try the chile verde its not hard if i can cook it you can to and if i can speak spanish for 30 year's you learn as well it very easy lol

    I love Chili Verde but I would love to learn how to make spanish rice.I have a very dear friend that owns a mexican restaurant but won't give up the secret. Can you help
