This is a recipe that I made up! I don't care much for stuffing with sausage so I created one with bacon. I love this stuff.

    Stuffing With Bacon

1 lb. Bacon; cooked and diced
    4 Celery ribs; chopped
    1 Med. Onion; chopped
    1 tsp. Sage
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 Pkg. or 16 oz Cornbread Stuffing
    2 TBSP Parsley
    4 Eggs; beaten
    2 Cans Chicken Broth
    1 TBSP Butter or Margarine

Keep 2 tablespoons of grease from the bacon. Put celery and onion in grease until tender, add sage,
salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in stuffing, parsley and bacon.
Mix together. Combine eggs and broth, add to stuffing. Mix well. Spread in a greased pan and dot
the top with butter. Cover and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Makes about 13 cups

I made this tonight and it was really good. I added the entire can of chicken broth I just felt like that would give it enough liquid. I used Velveeta Shells and cheese but didn't add the cheese until after I cooked it in the microwave. All 4 of the boys ate it up! It is a definate keeper!

Thank you JX6 for this recipe. :0)

    Creamy Bacon Bites

8 oz. cream cheese (if this isn't used for breakfast I like to use chive and onion)
    bacon cooked, drained, and crumbled
    8 oz. refrigerated crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 350. Combine cheese and bacon. Separate crescent roll dough into 2 rectangles, press seams and perforations together with fingers to seal.
Spread cream cheese mixture onto rectangles, roll up, starting with longest sides.
Press seams together to seal, cut each roll into 16 slices, place cut side down on grease baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Hint-I usually use more bacon than this. I use a 1 lb package of field's thick slice bacon. :0)

    1 c brown sugar
    1 c nuts, chopped
    2 t cinnamon
    2 T flour
    2 T melted butter

Mix together cake mix, pumpkin, 1/2 c water, eggs and pumpkin pie spice.
Pour 1/2 of batter in 9 x 13 in greased, floured cake pan. Combine brown sugar, nuts cinnamon, flour and butter and sprinkle half of mixture over batter. Spread remaining batter over top then remaining crunch mixture.

    Hershey Bar Cake

2 Boxes (4 serv) instant chocolate pudding mix (plus the ing. to make)

1 Box Devil's food cake (plus the ing. to make)

    6 Hershey Bars w/almonds

    Cool Whip (optional)

Make pudding in a medium bowl. Make cake in a large bowl. Combine the two together. Pour into 13X9" dish. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour. As soon as it gets done put the Hershey Bars on top of the cake and spread the candy bars w/a spatula.

Top with Cool whip-this makes it even better.

    Serves 12

    BANANA SPLIT CAKE:

    Grease and flour 9x13” pan
Take small yellow cake mix (Jiffy or Martha Washington) Follow directions and put in cake pan. Bake for 20 min. Let cool. Take 2 C milk and 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened. Mix in blender. Then add small pck. Instant French vanilla pudding. Spread on cool cake. Let stand 5 min. Take 20 oz can of crushed pineapple, drain and save juice. Place pineapple on top of set pudding mixture. Slice bananas, dip in saved juice and place on top of pineapple. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Holy Cow Cake

    Ing. Needed:

    Devil's Food Cake

Bottle Of Caramel (you will use 1/2 a bottle)

1-Can of Eagle Brand Milk (Sweet Condensed Milk) (Use the whole can)

    Cool Whip (8 oz) Container

Butterfinger Candy Bars (I get the small 10 pack) (crush at least 6 or more)

Make a Devil's Food Chocolate cake using directions on box.
After baking take out of oven and poke holes in the top with the end of a wooden spoon.

Take caramel and eagle brand milk. Pour over holes in the cake while the cake is still hot. It will soak in so don't worry if it's still on the top. PUT IN FRIG.

After letting it cool in the frig. Before serving cover with cool whip and sprinkle with your crushed Butterfinger candy bars.

Ready to eat. I will warn you this is rich but Oh so good!

    Strawberry Punch

    6 packages Strawberry Kool-Aid

1/2 of the water used to make kool-aid

    46 oz Pineapple Juice

    3 cups more water

    4-5 cups sugar

    1 Qt. Strawberries
Mix all together and freeze in baggies. Thaw slightly before serving. Serve slushy.

    Slushy Punch

    2 cans pineapple juice
    1 can grapefruit juice
    3 cans crushed pineapples
    1 lg box lime jello
1 cup sugar (or to your taste)
    2 bottles Ginger Ale

Mix all ingredients except one bottle of Ginger Ale. Freeze-take out a little while before ready to serve-pour half of the bottle of Ginger Ale over the punch. Serves a lot.

My friend would always freeze it in a bucket-like a white (sort of like a 5 gal. bucket) bucket. She had the room in her freezer. I may have to make some room! :0)

Here is Chefly's version of my punch-Sugar Free and halfed.

    Slushy Punch

2 cans pineapple juice (1 lg. can)
1 can grapefruit juice (3 cups)
3 cans crushed pineapples 1-1/2 (20 oz.) cans, juice packed
1 lg box lime jello (1 small sugar free)
1 cup sugar (or to your taste) (1/2 cup Splenda)
2 bottles Ginger Ale (1 bottle 2 litres sugar free)

I brought a little pineapple juice to a boil and dissolved the Jell-O in it before combining with the remaining ingredients including 1/2 bottle of ginger ale.

Mix all ingredients except one bottle of Ginger Ale. Freeze-take out a little while (at least 30 minutes) before ready to serve-pour half of the bottle of Ginger Ale over the punch. Serves a lot.
