OMG! Those are so cute! I wonder if vegans would actually be able to eat them?

I wouldn't either, I think they are cute as can be. They would make interesting centerpieces at a family or social pot luck get together.

too cute! We used to make radish roses, crinkle cut carrot sticks, celery curls. It took a while. The food on the table would be too pretty to eat! Thought of some more. Would take a fork and score down the side of small, unpeeled cucumbers than slice thinly for cucumber flowers. watermelon was quartered then sliced into wedges, a long toothpick was used to place a piece of pineapple and a mandarin orange or strawberry on the peak. Ha! now we just eat everything out of baggies!

I always wondered why the no meat hamburger or bacon, I mean if you don't eat meat then why would you want fake meat?

My youngest son is vegan and my middle son is vegetarian and have been so for many years. They are so healthy! ( they also run daily.) I would love to be but I just can't. They like those beyond burgers because it tastes like meat but it isn't. My youngest son's wife isn't vegan or vegetarian but they work it out just fine.
