    OOOhhhh thank you craftybear! Mom used to have a recipe very similiar to this - we just called them German Chocolate Brownies but I don't remember the powdered sugar on top. Printing it out for Mom ( some of her older recipes have somehow disappeared - like her recipe for Spanish Bar Cake)

    This looks like a serious desert! I'm so glad that you didn't give the calorie count or weight watchers points, as I'm sure that it's off the charts, but soooo worth it.
    definately will try it for a special occasion when nothing else will do. Thanks for sharing, now this is desert!!!
