Try this recipe: Cream of Chicken
boneless chicken
peas
potatoes
onions
1 large can of cambells cream of chicken soup (for cooking) Place all in crock pot for about 4 hrs depending on size of chicken. Red potatoes are best for this dish

Try the pot roast recipe where you use cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dry onion soup. So easy. I made it over the weekend and cooked on high for about six hours. So tender. It was around 3 or 4 pound rump roast.

I told DH when we were newly married that I couldn't help him paint because I didn't know how. He told me "you can learn" and I did. That quote was used on our children many times when they said they didn't know how to do something that they should know, like cooking. All are grown and can do anything today, also their spouses. One just saved himself $100 service call yesterday to install a little bitty hose in a refrigerator under warranty that covered parts but not labor. Proud of them.
