Need dessert suggestion

Dump cakes are quick and easy and can be served with whipped cream or ice cream or even plain. There are lots of different ones but my favorite used blueberry pie filling, crushed pineapple and lemon cake mix.

This is maybe too late to make now but remember it for a great dessert for later. It is my most requested dessert to bring to potlucks. Better make about four for a crowd.
I tried making it using fresh whipped cream but it didn't work. The fresh collapsed. I do make my own pie crust though to keep some of the processed stuff out. My friend buys Oreo chocolate ready made crust. I have to remember it is dessert, not a health food.
Decadent Chocolate Cream Pie
1 refrigerated pie crust, “blind baked” (baked empty) according to package directions, cooled
4 ounces of UNsweetened baking chocolate
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
12 oz container of Cool Whip, thawed, divided
In the top of a double boiler (or in the microwave) melt together the chocolate and the condensed milk, stirring until smooth and well blended. Set aside to cool to room temp, about 20-30 minutes.
Fold about 8 oz of the Cool Whip into the chocolate mixture – this will be stiff to start out with, but be patient and work slowly, adding the Cool Whip about a third at a time. Set aside about a cup or so of the Cool Whip for the top of the pie. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Put the chocolate-Cool Whip mixture into the prebaked pie crust. Top with the remaining Cool Whip.

my two go-to desserts:
Toll house pan cookies- same recipe as the reg cookies on the back of the choc chip bag, but baked in a 9X13 pan. Like blond brownies. Serve with ice cream. My DH's fav!
Boston cream pie dessert.
Line bottom of 9X13 pan with graham crackers (not crumbs...the whole cracker or pieces to fit pan). Layer with a sm package of vanilla pudding, mixed with 2 cups of milk, then fold in 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
layer half the pudding mixture on the crackers..another layer of crackers, the rest of the pudding mix and one morelayer of crackers. pour hot fudge sauce over the top. Can be made the day before (its better but good either way)
Sometimes I heat the fudge sauce just a few seconds in the microwave so its easier to pour. Refrigerate to give the topping a bit of a harder crust. People cannot figure out what is in it!

Make ahead some cream puffs. Stuff with your favorite ice cream and and for aesthetics, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top with a drizzle of some homemade chocolate syrup (Google Hershey recipes, real simple to make).
Another quicker dessert is to toast up some store bought pound cake and a scoop of ice cream and some fruit topping. You can drizzle some chocolate syrup or make up some raspberry syrup from adding water to some preserves and heating it up.
Can you tell I like my desserts?
