That recipe will work for banana peppers too. A note on the habenero's wear some goggles and two pairs of gloves. I have made Habenero jelly for years these peppers are almost toxic, yeh yeh I know why bother--- because DH loves this jelly. Promised the original owner of recipe not to publish but I will share recipe if you pm me give me time. Just bought some homemade hot sauce a a festival with about 10 different peppers in sure would like to get a recipe for this.
