Brunch Bake..................... Put together the night before serving.

In a greased 9X13 pan layer:

7 slices of bread with crusts cut off
1 slice of American cheese on each slice of bread
    1 cup of cubed ham
4 slices of bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1/2 roll Jimmy Dean sausage, fried, drained and crumbled (approx. 3/4 cup)
    diced onion to taste
    diced green pepper to taste
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
another layer 7 slices bread, no crusts

Mix together and pour over bread layer:

1/4 tsp each... salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    6 eggs
    4 cups milk

Cover pan in foil and refrigerate overnight. The next morning take out of fridge.

    Combine:

    1 cup crushed cornflakes

Spread over bread layer. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut and serve. Great for brunch on Christmas morning or when company comes.
