Yes, it is sweetened condensed milk. Sorry that I was not more clear. Enjoy!

Hi, I made it for Christmas before I saw your post. I went ahead & just made it with 16 oz. My nieces's husband loved it & wanted a copy of the recipe right away. Thank you again.
