I was just thinking about this today and bought oranges and jello and was wondering about the recipe , came home and the reminder for the thread was in my email. Someone brought this to a potluck we had here and while I liked it I didn't like the cottage cheese so I am going to try ricotta cheese instead. And instead of cool whip I am making my own whipped cream..
