Default Orange Sauce for Pork or Chicken

Simmer together juice of 1 orange, 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard and 1/2 cup honey. (my choice: local honey). Heat in saucepan. I like to simmer for a while. Line oven dish with parchment paper, put Pork tenderloin (or chicken breast) cut in 1.5” cubes in dish. Pour on sauce and Bake in oven until meat is done. I was buying tenderloin and a fellow shopper shared this with me so instructions might be a little vague but we’ve had it twice and like it.

Sounds good! I would add some raisins to it also.
