    another is soak chicken in buttermilk for and hour, roll in roughly crushed corn flakes and bake in the oven till crispy. uuuuum goood

    My Mom use to make Orange Oven Fried Chicken (well, I guess she still does, but it is just her by herself now) - Instead of milk, water or whatever she uses orange juice in the beat up egg to dip the chicken in. Oh, and she uses matza meal (spelling?), but could use corn meal or bread crumbs. I tried making it a long time ago, but just didn't tatse like hers. :roll:
