I love this cake and I used to have a friend that could make a good one too! I think its the state of Indiana's official desert recipe. His wife could cook deserts like no ones business and it a wonder that he wasnt bigger than he was :lol: I am going to snooker her into making me one as soon as the Persimmons start to come in here.
