Philadelphia Cooking Crean cheese Tried it yet?

We tried one that was like herb flavored, can't remember the name of it. We thought it was dry. Didn't cook it afterward just put it in the pan and heated it but all the moisture was gone. I added something, I think maybe chicken broth? The girl at work tried the same flavor and said the same thing. It had a good flavor though. We thought maybe we should have taken it out of the pan first. Wasn't sure if I should add more cream cheese or what.

I've used the Italian seasoned version, and I really like it. I used it in an Alfredo sauce--basicallly heat it and add some milk or cream to thin it a little and you have a tasty sauce. I also used it in a baked pasta dish (Ziti, Mozzerella, Parmesan, Bertoli Basil & Tomato spaghetti sauce). It was YUMMY!!!!

I've tried the Italian Herb and the garlic one. Both times I added it to stir fry vegggies and chicken and loved it. I had no problem with it being dry at all. The herb wasn't flavorable enough for us so I added a little more of the Mongolian Fire oil I used to flavor the chicken with and it was great. :-D
