Default pie filling to can plus lots more

    http://www.foodpreserving.org/p/recipe-index.html
This site has a lot to offer about all things canned plus preserving most other foods. I have found some neat recipes to try and have it bookmarked for later use.
I have 15 quarts of apple pie filling made with clear gel. 1 quart in the fridge to use this week end and the rest sealed for storage.
